We are having problems getting missing parts from a Schneider Modell ASK-14. They will not answer any emails. Are they still in business?

Schneider seems still to be in business. If you have no feedback try his mobile (0043) 664/176 73 33.

Maybe knzink knows more about Schneider.

I think it is not wise in the moment to deal with Schneider.
I'm waiting since 11/2010 for (payed!!) parts.

I'm also waiting for a canopy of the ka2b,for almost a year.

It is sad that he don't respont om email,never buy a kit again.

If I want too buy a canopy it will cost me 140 euro's.
