this book was published in 1989 by "Verlag für Technik und Handwerk" (vth).

I just checked their website; this book is no more offered. Maybe there´s a small chance that they still have some pieces in stock. You could ask them by email. I´m sure they will understand if you do this in english.

The simplest solution might be eBay. It might take some time bt that is how I got mine.
