Neue r Styroschneider - Probleme mit EMC2

Hallo zusammen,

ich bin neu hier und möchte meinen gerade fertig gewordenen Styroschneider vorstellen. Die "Feuertaufe" hat er schon bestanden. Die ersten brauchbaren Schnitte habe ich mit "JWH" gemacht, die Daten mit Profili2 Pro erstellt. Hat gut funktioniert. Jetzt wollte ich auf EMC2 umstellen und da gab es Probleme, die ich nicht lösen kann. Es sind die Gleichen bzw Ähnlichen wie sie "240diesel" unter #1630 beschreibt. Beim Starten von EMC2 kommen Fehlermeldungen u.a.,dass die emc.nml Datei fehlt.
Folgendes habe ich gemacht:
1. Ubuntu 8.04 mit EMC2 von Live Diskette installiert.

2. Dateien mit svn checkout von http://emc2hotwinch.googlecode.com/svn/tunk/ geladen sowohl emc2hotwinch als auch emc2hotwinch-read-only. Mit beiten Varianten das gleiche negative Ergebnis.

3. Datei dualbipod.ko aus Verzeichnis kinematic_ub_08_04-EMC2_2_3 nach /usr/realtime-2.6.24-16-rtai/modules/emc2 kopiert

4. Das Verzeichnis "XYAB" nach /home/horst-nb/emc2/configs kopert.

Beim Start von EMC2 erscheint der EMC2 Konfigurationsassisten mit "XYAB" im Auswahhlmenü. Nach Doppelklick auf "XYAB" erscheint der Startbildschirm von EMC2 und dann die Fehlermeldung (siehe unten). Die EMC2-Versin ist 2.3.5.

Ich hoffe Ihr könnt mir helfen!

Stepper:Verex 3,18 V 1,00A, 200 Schritte pro Umdrehung.
Schrittmotorkarte: MDLCNC von Letmathe
Spulendurchmesser: 8mm
Netzteil: 12V umgebautes ATX mit 550 Watt
Schneide trafo: 20V/40V umschaltbar und regelbar 3,5 A

Das File dualbipod_XYAB.ko steht im kinematic Verzeichnis und muss mit ROOT Rechten (sudo oder su) nach /usr/realtime-2.6.24-16-rtai/modules/emc2 kopiert und mit "depmod -aev" (auch als ROOT) in die Liste der vorhandenen Module eingetragen werden.

Hallo zusammen,

Hans Dir danke ich für die Zuweisung der Seriennummer, Prop-er und Wolfgang dank für die schnellen Hinweise.

Die Zeile im ini-File
NML_FILE = emc.nml
war bereits auskommentiert, trotzdem kam der Fehler.
ich habe # gelöscht und ein emc.nml File aus einer anderen Konfiguration in das Verzeichnis "XYAB" kopiert. Diese Fehlermeldung war damit weg.

Zum 2. Fehler "dualbipod_XYAB not loaded" :
Ich habe die dualbipod.ko Datei wie in der Installationsanleitung beschrieben nach "/usr/realtime-2.6.26-16-rtai/modules/emc2" kopiert. Der Fehler lag jedoch daran, dass die Datei falsch bezeichnet war. Nur "dualbipod.ko" und nicht "dualbipod_XYAB.ko" nach Änderung konnte ich EMC2 starten.
Jetzt geht es an die Konfiguration.
Übrigens mit "XYUV" und der Änderung der Zeile NML-File startete EMC2 sofort.

Ich wünsche Allen das Beste fürs neue Jahr 2013.

Hallo Horst,

schön, daß es jetzt funktioniert.

Ich hab aber selber einen kleinen Fehler eingebaut.

Tools werden in der tool.tbl verwaltet und nicht in der nml.

Richtig ist: NML_FILE = EMC kann für die Kommunikation über Netzwerke eingerichtet werden, in den angegebenen Datei werden Details dazu gespeichert.

Ich gehe mal davon aus, das du nicht im Netz fräsen willst bzw. keine ferngesteuerte Fräse hast. Dann kann die NML wegbleiben.

- JHW berücksichtigt beim Schneiden den Windendurchmesser und ermöglicht damit besonders präzise Schnitte! Es sind keine Umlenkösen nötig, Wickelrichtung wie bei EMC2!

- Punktedichte automatisch 3mm
- Schneidegeschwindigkeit leicht änderbar
- GCode direkt lesbar

Hi,

naja beide Programme haben ihren Einsatzbereich:

DevFoam zum manuellen zeichnen und was ich insbesondere Nutze zum Schneiden von DXF Dateien. Der Vorteil ist, dass man links und rechts unterschiedliche Konturen festlegen kann und sogar Punkte festlegen, welche das Programm dann synchron anfährt.

DevFusFoam ist explizit dazu da Rumpfteile zu entwerfen und zu schneiden. Da ist die 3D Vorschau eine geniale Funktion, da man sich gleich anzeigen lassen kann was man da verbrochen hat ;)

Also beide Programme sind super und sehr zu empfehlen. Kommt eben etwas darauf an was man machen möchte. Ich selbst nutze derzeit meisten DevFoam, eben v.a. zum umwandeln der DXF Dateien. Wenn man vorrangig Rümpfe schneiden möchte ist man mit DevFusFoam besser bedient.

ich bin Marc, 36 Jahre alt, komme aus Dortmund und bin gerade dabei, die HSSS aufzubauen ( vielen Dank nochmal an Hans für die geniale Konstruktion :) ).

Allerdings habe ich ein paar Probleme mit der Software (JHW und Plot_Cut__7.exe) und meiner China-Steuerung. Unter Mach3 ist alles kein Problem, die Schrittmotoren drehen sich, mit JHW und Plot_Cut__7.exe rührt sich dort aber kein bißchen, die Signal-LEDs der Steuerung leuchten aber, also kommen die Steuersignale dort auch an. Ich steh da gerade irgendwie auf dem Schlauch und komme nicht weiter, hat jemand von euch vielleicht eine Idee?

Hallo Juri,

so wie es aussieht, bekommt die Karte über den Parallelport Daten, da die LEDs für die Achsen entsprechend den Bewegungen flackern, allerdings ohne das sich dazu die Motoren bewegen.

Ich nutze die Software unter Win XP.

Meine Schnittstellenkarte benötig auf Pin1 ein Signal für "Enable all Axis", kann es evtl. daran liegen?

Ja, daran kann es liegen.
Versorge Pin1 an der Steuerkarte mit Low-Signal, also auf Masse legen!

Vorsichtshalber die Litze/Verbindung von Pin1 der LPT-Schnittstelle kommend, unterbrechen/durchtrennen.
