Hello,
Today, another 4 flight with the MIG. (total now of 12:-))
I immediately started some tests on the strange pitch up behavour.
So, I moved CG around 2cm forward in respect of the original CG (by moving the battery fwd).
This results in little but no change.
After having the plane trimmed for level flight at mid or high speed, when closing throttle, the plane moves up imminently. Pushing the elevator stick full forward has nearly no effect in controlling the occurence. Then, when the plane is finally under control, and in a more or less gliding attitude, when I open the throttle, with down input released, the plane first dives before it levels off for normal flight. It feels like that the plane has little effect on the elevator input at any speed without thrust available.
As this once more, nearly chrashed the plane during landing, I would like to know on all of your MIG's, what's the angle (when you put the plane with it's skids on the floor or building table), between the surface and the vector.
Grtz,
Eric
