Plain or Twill 105g/m2 glass as first layer in mold?

Hello,

I`m building new wing molds, and I`wondering if I should use the "plain" or "twill" weave glass as first layer after Gelcoat. I was thinking about using this:

I would recommend to use a twill weave, since its drapability as well as surface quality (due to reduced crimp) is much better compared to the plain woven version

Which type of twill should I use for molds? The expensive aero 105g/m2, or is the cheaper 110g/m2 good enough? (I`m about to place an order with R&G)

The 105 gsm has a much finer weave, so I would recommend to use this fabric. Trying to cut down costs using cheaper material would mean saving in the wrong place, since moulds are usually done only once
