And so we reworked it to be a dual layer with 3 turns of dual 16Ga. conductors. The Kv should be 333 in delta and 385 in parallel wye. 4 of these conductors per motor terminal bring back a preece rating of 468 amperes. This medusa's head uses a single coil winding system with no crossover wires in the slot. The space could hold in a single strand at least 7 turns. I have all the phases organized for termination .

Thats exactly right Walter. Every piece goes in a bucket and when the bucket is full it goes to recycling where copper brings a penny. I dont care about the negativity anyway. Anyone worried about the copper can back in the brinks truck and sweep the floor. Hopefully they get rich. : Rolleyes: who cares about the few snipped pieces that wont add up to a meter of 16 ga wire.. its blasphemous....!!!

(wäre für mich wichtig!) ob wir anschließend auch vor/nacher Leistungsdaten erhalten!

It really would have been nice to add 1 more strand to the single turn. The 3 strand would be capable of carrying more than the primary two so they would be the primary is the bottle neck. In a wye wind they could give triplen more room to gather as the bundles. Maybe its a horrible idea. Another turn would certaiinly fit but it is a dual wire that would have to traditionally.

This was purchased az a raw stack and im not sure if neu motors actually sells a 4635 which this is. Im sure it is a good motor in stock form if they do. I could easily give 500 kv with this motor with a very large single strand the motor would be simply beautiful. But for this to throw away skin effect a slot die to press braid to the slot shape would be best or maybe rectanglar wire laid horizontally and vetically in the slot. This could possibly have benefit to conductor losses in the right orientation. The jury is not in yet. There is time still.

Ja, das ist wirklich "spam" von der Allerfeinsten Sorte.Nicht so ein Billigdreck, wie Du auf dem ersten Foto zeigst!796Ampere!WOW!Damit wirst Du uns allen davonfliegen.Ich weis nicht wie es den richtig schnellen Speedpiloten geht,aber mir schlottern jetzt schon die Knie vor Angst.Du wirst mit dem Setup ganz sicher den Weltrekord an Dich reissen!Schade, dass uns das nicht eingefallen ist, dieses Supermaterial zu verwenden.

yes Cohesiv this propellers look good vor testing the drive , for the speed drive you will get the propeller we had lasersinter the mold with the design from munich university. With the new wire i will inform you ,see your e-mail.
