Please search for gx_turbo here in this board and write a pn. He really knows how to configurate the steppers and modified hal files.

I have all of the steppers running in linux cnc.:D
But I am very lost on how and where to put the special files to convert it to winch motion. Any help would be appreciated, I wish my German was better.

I have my machine almost running. The only problem I cannot solve is that on the A B side I cannot get my p right Hal file correct. I cannot get its left and right correct at the same time the up and down is correct. I threaded my winch pulleys so the line does not wrap over itself. Is there a way to Change axis direction and leave the Pinot alone in the p right file?

Thanks
Mike

hello guys,

I'm getting back after some time of personal events, I am little bit surprized that the language was switched to english :) .

To change direction of an axis, direction output pin of that axis must be inverted.
for instance:
setp parport.0.pin-03-out-invert 1 inverts x axis direction.

hope this helps

Yes that helped, Thanks.

I have the machine done but I am finalizing the scale to get my sizes right. It is not behaving as I think it should. With the same scale numbers in I get a difference cnc1.jpg in my X and Y moves. One is short the other is long??? Must be in my kinematics?

Inhalt existieren:

-rw-r--r-- 1 gerd gerd 240 2009-04-07 16:06 custom_postgui.hal
-rw-r--r-- 1 gerd gerd 48823 2009-05-24 10:25 dualbipod.ko
-rw-r--r-- 1 gerd gerd 3051 2009-04-07 16:06 emc.nml
-rw-r--r-- 1 gerd gerd 1526 2009-05-24 14:43 emc.var
-rw-r--r-- 1 gerd gerd 6207 2009-05-21 10:58 hotwire9.hal
-rw-r--r-- 1 gerd gerd 4315 2009-05-21 19:05 hotwire9.ini
-rw-r--r-- 1 gerd gerd 182 2009-05-24 10:27 README"

Bei mir fehlen;

emc.nml
emc.var

Vielleicht wegens ich "Non-member" bin??

da steht;

"# Non-members may check out a read-only working copy anonymously over HTTP.
svn checkout http://emc2hotwinch.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ emc2hotwinch-read-only"

Was meinst das member?

Zum beispiel, XYAB last sich "starten", ich sage besser das program tut ein startversuch und kommt mit volgenden meldung zurück;

Hi,

3. Was ist mit Schnapsdrossel passiert?
Das weis ich nicht.

Viele Grüße, Hans

Profile kippen

Hallo Leute,
