The backlash on my MKS HV6130 is really impressive small, but on the other side, 2 out of 5 new servos were not working out of the box. Seems MKS has an issue with quality control.
KST will be my choice from now on I think.
Sorry for your kaputt model.
on my electric DS model used for slope explorationKST A13-610 do not use for very fast DS. Motor and gearbox correspond to the 12 mm thick KST A12-610.
Much better is the KST A12 Torque V8 · 12 mm digitales HV-Servo bis 200 Ncm.
no monster, heavy model , obese17mm is out of range for my DS Gliders...neither nor in the fuselage or wings...
What a DS-Monster are you planning for this servo...
This isn't a good recommendation for the reliabillity of this servo........I hope that the HV 95 isn't overpowered.I have tested the 8mm Cha only, and the current draw is very very high. So high, that the housings heat up to 30+ degrees, even without any load. It seems that they have a very aggressive software.
In an F3K, this reduced the flying time to 30-45min. With KST and same battery, the flying time is several hours.
