Danger, be careful
strong acceleration over 30G (maximum reported by the Mav sense EX5K sensor)
possible movement of the servomotor inside the box
Caput model

Thanks for the information.
I never expected that the G-loads on a servo could cause problems.
I'm sorry about your model

the motor is not fixed, the housing is greased.
the servo motor weighs 7g.
with a weight of approximately 15 g slide out
on existing models I drill a side hole on the servo and inject cyanoacrylate

The backlash on my MKS HV6130 is really impressive small, but on the other side, 2 out of 5 new servos were not working out of the box. Seems MKS has an issue with quality control.
KST will be my choice from now on I think.
Sorry for your kaputt model.

Sorry for your kaputt model.

KST is OK , but be careful KST A13-610, sensitive to temperature, I have to trim every flight

On my next DS Glider I will check out the CHA hv 95 on aileron and the KST A12 on Flaps....
I'm exciteted to explore the performance of these servos.
Cheers Robert

KST A13-610 do not use for very fast DS. Motor and gearbox correspond to the 12 mm thick KST A12-610.

Much better is the KST A12 Torque V8 · 12 mm digitales HV-Servo bis 200 Ncm.
on my electric DS model used for slope exploration
Aileron X 10
Flap A13-610
light model < 100 g wing loading I don't have any problems with gear wear
but I have to trim the A13-610, every flight
next model > 200 g wing load A12 Torque.....get ready for the new order

17mm is out of range for my DS Gliders...neither nor in the fuselage or wings...
What a DS-Monster are you planning for this servo...

I have tested the 8mm Cha only, and the current draw is very very high. So high, that the housings heat up to 30+ degrees, even without any load. It seems that they have a very aggressive software.
In an F3K, this reduced the flying time to 30-45min. With KST and same battery, the flying time is several hours.

no monster, heavy model , obese :D
as per the photos I have space
think 03 servos (02 flap 01 Tail) with max current 35.4 A outside of reason
as you can see on the MKS HV 69 servo I made a hole and glued the motor forever ( clevis servo steel )

This isn't a good recommendation for the reliabillity of this servo....🧐....I hope that the HV 95 isn't overpowered.
