Thanks Stefan ,I have that manual already but it does not give recommended surface throws ,and should you use full length aileron or just use outside surface ?

A lot of informations you'll find here

My (electrified) DG600 has an CG of 47mm from leading edge = 3mm in front of the square joiner hole - ready to fly but without the wings and joiner.
edit: I have an all glas fibre wing version. My values may not apply for heavier carbon fibre wing versions!

I find the model very sensitive to changes of the CG, so change it only in small steps.

additional:
Elevator +/- 7mm, no Expo
Rudder: as much as reasonably possible
Aileron: up as much as reasonably possible, down 50% of it

Crow/"butterfly":
Flaps: since the flaps are very slim, you should achieve a deflection of min. 60° (deg.) down! For this achieved:
Aileron: 7mm up
Elevator: 1,5mm down
Like this the 600 will fly down the final approach really fine with a pleasant rate of descent.

Since all of the control surfaces are scale and not extremely effective I use no Expo or Dual Rate at all (this way my only glider model of many).
