...und das ganze passiert anscheinend gar nicht so selten, alle paar tausend Jahre.
Für die Erde und dessen Biosphere ist ein solcher solarer Supersturm anscheinend kein Problem - aber er würde fast jede Form von Ellektronik und sogar Elektrik "fritieren". Der gesamte Planet wäre in einem Moment ohne Satelliten, GPS, Internet, Computer, elektronische Steuerungen, Kühlschränke, elektrischer Beleuchtung, Funk, etc.
Deshalb:
