Hallo zusammen,

Hab die Überschrift gelesen...

Neue Fernsteuertechnologien Noch gehört 2G4 dazu...

Wie lange ?

Aufm Berg hört man was von 4G8 Exclusivband...

Ja, 4.8GHz wird definitiv kommen, hier die Ankündigung des US- Herstellers:

RC Modeling BOMBSHELL!

For the past 18 months under a shroud of secrecy, GiantRC (DBA FlyingGiants) has been developing a revolutionary flight control technology that promises to take the modeling world by storm! Today we are proud to unveil The SpectraLink TotalControl 4.8!! Co-developed with Silicon Valley Firm WestTel RF Technologies, the SpectraLink is a completely new 4.8 Spread Spectrum system which gives modelers the flexibility of advanced transmission capabilities, along with our newly patented TotalControl flight response system.

The core component to the SpectraLink system is an ASIC chipset based transmitter modules which are specifically crafted for all major radio on the market today including the 14MZ, 12MZ, 9C, 9303, 8103, an 10x. Our patented 4.8 Gigahertz Spread Spectrum components are a quantum leap in technologically from the existing 2.4ghz products which exist today, and operate on a higher frequency thus avoiding all of the clutter on “other” overcrowded bands. When coupled with the ML6, ML9, and ML14 receivers, SpectraLink 4.8 provides outstanding throughput and resolution that none of the other products on the market can touch.

The SpectraLink module and receiver are the core components to the overall TotalControl system, and this is the revolutionary technology that will change the hobby forever!

The TotalControl system is an optional receiver module that contains a redundant series of Analog Devices, inc’s cutting edge ADXL330 iMEMS® acceleration sensors, coupled with Motorola MG4 GPS technology. For those of you not familiar with the ADXL330, these are the same advanced, 3-axis accelerometers which have recently become available with the Nintendo Wii gaming console. These sensors, when properly mounted , provide feedback from the accelerometers through the SpectraLink bi-directional 4.8ghz link to a laptop running TotalControl Console through a standard RJ-45 connector.

With the SpectraLink TotalControl system properly configured, the ground based computer or laptop will actually record not only the stick inputs applied to a particular maneuver, but the orientation, speed, accuracy, and precision of the resulting maneuver. Through sophisticated algorithms, TotalControl will actually present to the pilot which inputs are required for a particular maneuver, and once the maneuver is complete, will present to the pilots precisely where a mistake was made through audible feedback. Pilots never have to take their eyes off the model, and can fully control all software functions through simple transmitter programming.

The most remarkable element of The SpectraLink TotalControl Suite is a brand new technology called RightFly. RightFly is a add-on software component which utilizes the two way transmission capabilities of TotalControl’s advanced orientation accelerometers to autonomously navigate your model! We’ve worked closely with top pilots Mark Leseberg, Jason Krause, and Andrew Jesky on development of RightFly, and the results have been simply amazing! With a few clicks of the mouse, your model will autonomously perform pre-determined sequences pre-recorded by the pros! With SpectraLink TotalControl, the sky’s the limit!

Aside from the revolutionary autonomous capabilities, The SpectraLink TotalControl Suite records a number of telemetry and flight performance elements including GPS waypoints, elevation, head temperature, RPMs, and system bus power. The system is fully compatible with RC helicopters, and airplanes, and is “professional grade” for today’s high end models.

We’ve been giddy with excitement about this product for the past year, and we’re ecstatic to finally have the system fully functional. SpectraLink TotalControl will be available for general release in September of 2009 with street prices listed below. Want to see the system in action? Stop on by The FlyingGiants booth at The Toledo Weak Signals show on August 13th and 14th.

In Kärnten wurde auch darüber geredet dass auf 4,8GHz ein Exclusivbereich in 2 Jahren eingerichtet wird.
Fake
