Flap Actuator - Skygate Collection HAWK

Hi guys, entshuldingen, ich spreche nur wenige worten in Deutsh aber ihr könnt in Deutsh antworten!

I've ordered my kit, the Hawk from Skygate Collection, but I still didn't receive it. Have I misunderstood, or this Hawk uses pneumatic pistons to actuate the flap system? It sounds interesting to me, but, if it is true, I don't understand how would be possible to set differend end-point in the flap extension. I mean, if the maximun deflection is, for example, 40°, how can I stop the flaps at 20°?

For the guys who already built this kit, which set up did you used for flap actuation and gear doors actuation? Servos or Pistons?

Best Regards, depo

Hi depo,

no, you are misunderstood this point. Each flap is operate by a single servo.

Only the gear doors are operating by air cylinders.

Hi Jörg, thanks for reply!

I ask to you and to all the Skygate Hawk owners a favour: can you post some pictures of the inside of your Hawk? I'd like to see how this kit can be setted up (turbine installation, servos, tanks, UAT, air tank, receiver, powerbox, wing servos, ecc.)

Looking forward to receive my kit in early march.

Cheers,

Bruno
