Welcher 3-Blatt-Prop für OS 91 FX

Hallo,

Da zum Anfang des neuen Jahres auch mal die bisher ungeflogenen Dinge
in die Luft sollen möchte ich einen Funflyer mit einem leicht übermotorisierten
91er in die Luft schicken.Leider ist der 2-Blatt Cam-Prop absolut grenzwertig in Bodennähe sodass er sehr wahrscheinlich einen Kopfstand verursacht.
Welche Größe wäre da am besten für die richtige Drehzahl ?

Thx sounds good.Can you hover with it ?
I think a 3-Piece-Prop is much more quiet because ist better balanced.
10300 is real good too,much more than the engine need.I first thought
about a 12,5x7.
What fuel are you flying for that high RPM with such a big Prop ?

I can't say about hovering with the 3 blade prop. The Calypso is a Hanno Prittner pattern plane. For a 3D fun fly plane I would try to get a longer landing gear. I know that can be hard. On a 3D plane the OS91FX with a 15/4 apc 2 blade will easily hover a 3.5kg airplane with enough power left to accelerate straight up out of a hover. I use Power Master fuel with 15% nitro and 18% oil. The 13/8 is a Master Air screw. Whether it's really an 8 in pitch or not I do not know. I would think that a 12.5/7 would be a good one to try.

Thats a good idea to chose a big landing gear.Perhaps i can deform the old gear a little bit.But if hovering with a 3-blade prop is usual i will take it for sure.
