HI to all. After 30 motor rewinded i've rewired an align 700 mx 510 Kv motor. Original this motor is 6+6D winded and for obtaining (+ or-) the same Kv of original in YY winding i've decided to rewind 7+7x1.25 YY. For this i'v followed the formula like this: from delta to YY the Speed is high 2/1.73= 15% more Kv. for the same Kv i've calculated +15% of turn (12x1.15= 13.8= 14 turns).
But after winding the motor ave 470 Kv, too slow for my interest.....
anyone have idea because this strange result? the winding schema used is the same of this link (identical small group) http://www.powercroco.de/schemamodus12N_YY2.html
After this 1st experiment i've rewired the same motor with 6+6x1.32 YY, the obtained Kv now is 540 but not responding to the calcualtion..... Idea of cause? why this wrong Kv?
Other question regarding the work of this motor. With kontronik jive 80 hv 1st flight ok, but after landing the led blinking and dont restart. With all other motor the jive work good....
