race quadrocopter

My problem is that I can't bring the gemini to fly.... I set up all the settings as said in the manual, I even tried to set the arming setting on "always armed". It beeps when I turn it on , but then it doesn't do anything. I just can't bring the motors to live :''( After a few seconds it beeps...
