I'm doing exactly the same Michael, I've modelled the wing tops like you and also the nose cone too. I'm going to test print the nose cone this week. Need to get the base to match. I would like to convert all the ABS bit to printed parts. Especially the tail cone to try and fine tune the outlet size.
I want to try and make some gear doors too. On my particular model (purchased used like yours) the wheel wells were installed in a very untidy fashion.
Looking forward to seeing your updates. I will post my nose cone on here once I don't have my first attempt if that's ok.
