Ben, which brand of papercraft-kit did you buy as a base for contructing the fuselage? There are several out there.
I have already built the NumaVIG cartoonish mini Airbus A320, but sometimes in the future will maybe try higher goals.

When I search for paper plans to use, I always look for cad-based drawings... The reason for this is they give a perfect result when I scale them to my preferred size. When I open the pdf's this is easily recognizable, just enlarge the plan in the software you use. (I use Adobe Indesign, but others will do the job too) I also try to find plans that has bulkheads, so I get the fuselage shape as correct as possible.
The plan I used for this 737 was slightly complicated in the forward section. My 727 came out great (
