Hallo,
Also erstmal Danke für die tollen Videos!
Habe gleich mal zwei Fragen:
1: Wenn die Auslässe "eher für einen 90er Impeller sind", wäre es dann auch möglich einen 90er zu verbauen? Was sagen die Einlässe dazu?
Hello Pascal,
I prefer to reply in English if you don't mind. I saw that Tinpusher gave you some answers already.
- In theory you could install a 90mm EDF unit because the foam around the stock 80mm unit is thick enough to cut away the needed room for a 90mm unit. But I would not recommend it because there is already very little room for the ESC.
- When I first did some 6S flight with the stock EDF unit (FMS 2100kv Pro unit) I could install a 6S HRB 5000mAh lipo and reach the factory recommend CG point and I could even move it a few centimeters backwards. A 6S HRB 6000mAh couldn't fit because of the limited height of the battery bay. Flighttimes on the 6S stock unit were rather short.
- I'm really happy that I decided to upgrade to a 8S Wemotec unit: more power (which is needed on grass) & longer flighttimes.
- I'm using 2x 4S 4500mAh 25C RedPower lipos or 2x 4S 4500mAh 25C Roaringtop lipos, that's around 800grams in total
- Mine flies best on a CG of 125mm
Ask if you need more info
