Can Weatronic 2,4 GHz DV4 module work with Multiplex Royal MC?

Please, can anyone help me with this problem? I tried to install my Weatronic 2.4 GHz DV4 module in Multiplex Royal MC but it does not work. It is no problem to use Weatronic in my Royal Modul. Both transmitters talk PPM, so maybe it should work in Royal MC as well, or is it something I miss?

The advantage of using Weatronic is that I can set, for example, servo travel, endpoints, failsafe via the Giga Control configuration program.

I have set the Royal MC up for PPM, see picture. The original 40 MHz transmitter module works ok with both PPM and PCM receivers.
The Weatronic 2.4 GHz works perfectly on all my other TX, Royal Pro/SX, P4000, Royal Modul.
I have tried all modulation settings in the GigaControl.

Remember that I jumper pins 2 and 5 when I converted a Royal Pro for the first time, (long time ago) with Jeti TU module.
What if I remove the resistor on the Weatronic module connector? I'm grabbing the last straws now, as perhaps the last resort ...
Would love to make the Weatronic modules work, would be worth gold.

Hi Ville,

the PPM-Out of the RoyalMC is an OpenDrain Output and needs always a PullUp resistor.
Therefor you need to attach a Resistor like in this picture:

This resistor is also integrated in the original RF-Module for 35MHz from MPX.
It should be around 10k.

Now my Royal MC is working with Weatronic 2,4 GHz and I am very happy. I will upload a picture of my soldering of the 10K resistor on the module connector when I have improved the soldering. Thank you k_wimmer for the solution to my problem.
