Deine Frage war schon sehr berechtigt und die ursprüngliche Entscheidung der TCAM hat sehr viel geändert. Die Verwendung von 2.4 GHz für RC ist dort festgeschrieben und die Norm, salopp ausgedrückt, über den Haufen geworfen worden.
Es hat also durchaus eine Änderung gegeben, nur liegt diese schon lange zurück. Die Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt weist nur nochmal auf die TCAM-Entscheidung hin, da kaum jemand liest, was TCAM so veröffentlicht und bringt keine zusätzlichen Änderungen.
Das ändert allerdings nichts an der für Hersteller und Testlabs absolut unbefriedigenden Situation , dass die einen nicht wissen, was sie einbauen sollen und die anderen nicht wissen, wie sie es testen sollen.
Die Aussage von TCAM dazu erinnert an „Salomons Urteil, 2. Instanz“, bringt einen also auch nicht richtig weiter.

Ich hatte nicht vor, eine weitere Sau durchs Dorf zu jagen. Vielmehr hatte ich von einem Profi den Hinweis bekommen, dass sich die Lage durch die Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt geändert hat. Normalerweise ist die Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt ja gleichbedeutend mit dem Inkrafttreten. Er hat die Passage mit LBT und DAA offensichtlich überinterpretiert bzw. nicht verstanden, dass dieses nur Beispiele für die kommende Regelung sein sollen. Kommt halt vor, dass auch Profis sich irren. Schade, dass die Diskussion zu solchen Fragen immer gleich einige überfordert.
