I this 145 mm C.G . with empty fuell tanks OK from your experiences or do you suggest some small movements of it ?

I fley with 155mm CG.
145 is to nose havy.
With 155 it is easyer to Land.

My CG lies at 150 mm with full hopper (80 ml) which is installed above the speedbreak. Main tank is empty when measuring the CG.
Weight is 6,0 kg with full hopper, 7,2 kg ready for takeoff.

I have similar hooper tank position. First start will do with 150 and later will go back with CG if neded.

Hallo Schabi Ch,

Die Wild Hornet mit einer sehr leichten Xicoy 90 im Heck bedarf einiger Überlegungen wie und wo die Komponenten verbaut werden sollen.
Alles muss hinter den Schwerpunkt und vor dem Schwerpunkt muss jedes Gramm gespart werden.
Mit der Xicoy 90 ist ein Gewicht unter 7kg möglich.

baut jetzt auch eine WILD HORNET mit einem XICOY 90 Motor. Darf ich Sie fragen, wie die Balance für Sie gelaufen ist, oder wie Sie die Ausrüstung im Rumpf angeordnet haben? Hattest du den Originaltank oder eine Tasche? danke und sorry für die schlechte übersetzung. Mailand
